Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) for Ontario residents cover the cost of your initial consultation, as well as most blood tests and investigations. To take advantage of this coverage, a referral is required to book a consultation. Below, you will find the types of referrals that qualify.

To begin a consultation at Newlife Fertility, you will need to obtain a referral from your doctor. This referral is essential for us to provide you with the best possible care and personalized treatment plan.

 

Please ask your doctor to complete your referral form online. This will allow us to efficiently process your referral and ensure that all necessary information is submitted securely. Once the form is completed, our team will review the details and contact you to schedule your consultation.
