Initial consultations and follow-up visits are OHIP-covered. While most diagnostic tests fall under OHIP coverage, there are specialized tests recommended by your physician that may not be covered, for which the patient is responsible for payment. If you are not covered by OHIP, additional fees for treatment will apply.
Payment Policies
- All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and may be subject to change at any time. All fees are payable in full prior to procedures or treatments being started.
- The clinic accepts Debit, Visa, MC, or Certified Cheques / Bank Drafts or Money Orders. We are sorry but we cannot accept personal cheques.
- Please check with your insurance carrier as to what medications are covered by your plan. The reception staff is happy to provide letters documenting medication information if required by your insurance carrier.
- Keep all receipts for treatments that you have paid for as these can help you support your medical claims to the Canada Revenue Agency at tax time. Fertility treatments are commonly an audited medical expense so they will want to see backups.
