NewLife Fertility understands that affordability is one of the biggest barriers for couples facing infertility diagnosis. We strongly believe in making Fertility Affordable for all. NewLife Fertility is ready to award a $3000 Fertility Medication Grant.

Here is how your review can be eligible for the grant:

Rules and Regulation:

  1. 1. Submit your story by emailing verify@newlifefertility.com and using #shareyourinfertilitystory on Instagram and Facebook, Do not forgot to tag @newlifefertility in your post.
  2. 2. Only 1 entry per person is allowed.
  3. 3. We will share your infertility story on our social media platform.

 

 Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1. The grant can only be used by a Registered patient of NewLife Fertility. If you are not a patient, call us and we can guide you on how to be a NewLife Fertility Patient.
  2. 2. The treatment has to be completed at the NewLife Fertility clinic within a span of a year.
  3. 3. Grant can only be used for Fertility Medication and cannot be reimbursed.
  4. 4. In case, you do not go ahead with the Fertility treatment, we would be re-using the grant for other patients.

 

We will be randomly selecting the author of 1 story to be the recipient of the $3000 grant. This is a step towards helping out people to grow their families.
